The Smell Of God

I'd roll in this. Is that a dunk tank in the back-makes it even better.
OK, I halfta turn off my ancient computer when I'm eating breakfast cause I'll never finish eating at this rate. Guess who has a new fragrance...I'll just tell you...the freekin' Pope; yes that Pope.

Not only is B16 down with wearing the super ugly hats or cruising the blvd in that sick arse Pope Mobile, he's down for smelling good. Lemmie tell y'all, I was raised Catholic and when the priest and his entourage walk to the alter with that "incense" that smells like death...a little fragrance is OK by me.

Hello losers, check out my super ugly hats. B16 beeotches.

OK, so let the jokes begin. "
Kriss, what does it smell like. Does it smell like boys being raped, the blood of Christ, boy butt, Ben Gay, stale crackers and boys butt." Sorry to disappoint but, as the French say, "non." Italian boutique perfume maker, Silvana Casoli, made this exclusive fragrance outta lime tree, verbana and grass. The entire list of ingredients is just as secret as the church itself. But the parfume maker did say that her delicate creation is "based on his love on nature." I'll say it so you don't halfta...that's where the smell of young boy comes in, right.

This Casoli is quite the popular elitist boutique proprietor. Customers include Madonna (the one that posed naked, not the holy one), Sting and a King or two. Previous holy scents include Water of Faith and Water of Hope. This is so cool. While many churches are closing down because of the economy, while the services for the poor (their only redeeming endeavor) are being cut to nill, a pedophile protector  can smell of "hope" and "faith" while simultaneously taking away the hope and faith of a young boy. How convenient  and by convenient I mean disgusting.

Italy is kinda cool.
Here's the other side of that fragrant coin. She also makes one called Italy which I imagine smells like the sex parties of their disgraced President Bunga Bunga. There is one called Cannabis which is supposed to be hypnotic (1) and a forbidden one called Nude. Oh joy where do I begin with that one...

"...inspired by the smell of a woman's skin when in the state of ecstasy." Ooorrrr, my interpretation, the smell of sweat, jizz, stale alcohol and cannabis, but not the perfume, the real stuff, gasoline, err I mean cocaine and cigarettes. Because I was raised Catholic, it also smells like guilt and sin, like I have done something wrong. In fact it smells like Hell because that is where I would go if it existed, there I said it. It smells like a musty old blues song and me loading my gun as I leave thru the back window. OK, I'm finished.

There is enuff hair on this cooch equivalent to 80 twenty-something females of 2012.
So B16 wears enuff bling to make hip hop artists envy. His ride is the ultimate and it comes with dudes running along side of it. And now he has his own fragrance. To bad we can't buy it. It is exclusively for the Pope. It couldn't be anyother way, peeps. If it was for everyone, then they wouldn't be that exclusive and elitist club that Team Atheist calls the...church.

(1) I have a version of the perfume called Cannabis...it's called smoking weed.

I like blond hair lately.

Cells v Humans

The current Pope is so awesome. It must be nice to be a total expert in all the sciences, philosophy, economics, globalization, climate, the law, everything and specifically...stem cell research. I mean, I'm pretty smart, but I would never say I know cellular biology or genetics (aquatinted with sure, know, mmm, not so much). Maybe that's why I'm not the Pope.

Dr. Pope has recently reissued that Vatican stance on embryonic stem cell research that states...no. Yes, Phd in Genetics Da Pope said he doesn't want people destroying human lives (even tho it is not a human life) because it is morally wrong. Even tho the research has the potential to totally help humanity, that are living breathing and conscious human beings (not a cell), the Vatican's position is that the risk of killing a cell, a freekin' cell, is too much compared to helping and an untold amount of living breathing conscious humans: cell=not conscious, human=conscious. Go figure.
Pope Benedict said, "The destruction of even one human life can never be justified in terms of the benefit that it might conceivably bring to another." Once again, cell=unconscious and human-conscious. And is that the correct stance. he didn't read my post Would You Kill The Fat Man. Dugh.
We lose millions upon million of cells a day. Are all those the "human life" that Professor Pope calls "human life." What about when women have their monthly cycles, or every hair you lose, your toe nail clippings. Are we supposed to save those. Are we supposed to give those proper burials, after all, they are "potential" humans (and that technically would have been required if the recent Personhood crap passed in Mississippi. WTF).
This is not good, man. The Pope, if that is his real name, should not meddle in areas that are not of his expertise. Theist always get mad when we try and interpret scripture (whether one is qualified or not), so why can't we get mad when their boy does the same to us. Buddies, this isn't the Dark Ages, this is 2011. Aren't we better than this?

* Washington Post

* Really, am I missing something because it looks to me that the official Vatican stance is that they prefer to save a cell, when we lose so many cells a day, everyday, than saving fully formed, conscious, and alive I guess is a good word, lives. Am I missing something?

Memo To The Pope...Kettle-Black

Man oh man, God has it soooo easy. Dude is totally powerful, all knowing and responsible for everything. He loves all creatures and is totally all about love...except for when not. Sure the claim is God is responsibie for everything, well, that is except for when it is bad and wrong (ie that 9/11 thingy). Gawd is the ultimate hippie lover (once my title), except for when he goes sexism on the ladies, prejudices against GLBT peeps, enslaved people throughout history etc etc etc...

To say that God is innocent is the definition of wrong. The loophole that they use is that God didn't do it, it was a weirdo human believer that misinterpreted and misrepresented God; kinda along the lines of hate the sin, not the sinner. Well, I call bullshit on that. God is guilty. The weirdo believer was acting in the name of God and The New Atheists call bullshit on that. Pre 9/11 and pre-Nuevo Ateismo, sure I will grant that religion had the privilege of being exempt from criticism (for no other reason than 'they' said that we could not do it), but those days are over, buddy. Apparently Pope B-dog XVI didn't get the memo.

The Human Gateway to God recently said that it is a "no no" to commit violence in the name of God. This is the same pope that at one time said of his competitor, Islam, and their boy Muhammad's teachings, that they are "evil and inhumane" esp "command to spread by the sword of faith." This is the part where I go...WTF. So Benedict, I can call ya by your first name right, yea, so, anyways...hypocrite much, point the finger much, kettle-black, rubber glue, I know what you are, but what am I...much.

C'mon now. If God is responsible for everything, then dude is responsible for everything (or not). Same with the being all powerful thingy. Someone tell the pope that the conversation has evolved (thanks New Atheists) and yes...we can criticize religion (we have always been able to do that). And tell him to stop being all black-kettle-ish. Here's a quote from the pope's boy Jesus "Missing Years" Christ.

"I come not to bring peace, but to bring a sword" (Gospel of Matthew 10:34)

The pope called out Islam for spreading their faith by the sword. OM(nonexistent)GAwd, that is so rich. I have one word for the pope and other evangelical Christians that point the finger at other religions...dominionism. Hello.

The Pope also recently called on Islam to fight the infidels, err, secularist. Dude said that they have a common enemy in those that want a religion free public square for everyone, which if you ask me, is totally fair-to everyone. The thingy about that is that Christianity and Islam are cats and dogs, they will never get along. Back in the day for both religions to be an infidel just meant that one does not practice their religion: an infidel to an old school Christian v Islam, or visa versa, just meant others not on your team. Both religions use the sword to spread their faith, and both admonish the other when they do so. And ya know what...

Both are responsible for 9/11.

* Ya never hear "Dam, those atheists blew up that government building," or "That atheist went on a shooting spree in the name of atheism," "Those atheist and their stupid atheist wars." Only religion does that.

Christian Warriors In The News Again

Thank you Spanish police.
Shame on the mainstream media for not reporting this and thank (nonexistent) Gawd for the super awesome Twitter (otherwise I would never have heard of this.).

Last week Spanish police arrested Jose Perez Bautista because he was a gonna go all Christian Warrior and, ya know, go all sarin gas on peeps protesting Pope Benedict XVI. The peaceful protesters are pissed because the Spanish government is spending 50 million euros, that is tax payer "skrilla" in dire economic times, on the super powerful and rich Pope.  But not on the 24 year old Mexican chemistry students watch, well, at least until he posted his intentions online and the police got involved.

Team Atheist doesn't do stupid things like this. What is that great saying, something like...People can do bad things, but it takes religion to make people do really super bad fucked up things (ya know the one, right). Time after time the elitist nature of bad extremist religion comes to the surface in the form of killin' peeps that think something different than what they believe and think. And yet we are called militant and extreme. Please!

From the comments in USA Today's On Faith Blog. The article is about the creepy Christian republican candidates for president and "if" religion matters in a candidate (and obviously it does).

North Ireland
Israel/Palestine
Iraq internal unrest (Shiite vs Sunni)
Bosnia Herzegovina
Kyrgyzstan
Iran
Côte d'Ivoire
Cyprus
East Timor
Sri Lanka

This is from the super powerful brain of Austin Cline. If you don't go to his About Atheism you should start going there, like, yesterday.

"So it's secularists and atheists who are "militant" and "fundamentalist," but they are the ones targeted for terrorist attacks and police brutality. You don't see any atheists trying to launch poison gas attacks on Catholic events. You don't see atheist police bashing Catholic heads at World Youth Day."

We are not militant, we write and read books and don't believe in your particular and specific God(s).

* On Faith USA Today. I really love going to all the faith blogs and religion news roundups and reading all the epic comments from Team Atheist. We totally dominate the comments sections.

* The 'iffy' Mail Online which is the 'biggest' paper to have an article on this. could be others, but I didn't see it.
