The Nu Generation of Crop Circles

In the beginning of summer I went to a three day hippie fest (really, my last one ever) and I attended a lecture on UFO's, crop circles and the messages that they, the aliens that is, are sending us. Needless to say, I'm sure I was the only skeptic in the room (I'm sure of this) so I just kept my mouth shut.

So the original crop circles from the 70's  were debunked a long time ago. It was just kids with rope and wood. The lecturer admitted this and posed a question for us, "How come they are more elaborate and bigger now. How come no one see's people doing it." And he concluded, therefore it must be aliens sending us the message to live better and be better people (I can't make that shit up, man). At the time, I didn't have an answer...I do now.

This Oregon professor has come up with a theory that artists, not drunk kids having fun, are using GPS devices, lasers and microwaves to make bigger and more elaborate designs. His theory is that they map it out on the computer and then they blast the stalks with the microwave device that bends the stalks. So what is more probable, that aliens are sending us messages, but wait there first ones were not as elaborate and then they got better as decades passed, or that people, humans, are doing this.

There is more...The lecturer also believes that the pyramids are elaborate devises to communicate with aliens and that his mentor, an outcast scientist, has discovered the theory for everything (and strangely it looks exactly like Eastern philosophy, exactly), oh yea, and that message to live better and take care of the erffs (which there is nothing wrong with the message, just the messenger).

Oh yea, one more one more thingy. In the comment section of the article someone explains how easy it is to sneak behind cameras that were specifically put there to record some pranksters. While the cameras rolled they made an elaborate crop circle just out of rage of the cameras...and no one noticed a thing.

Awesomeness.
